Crews are responding to the scene of a Friday morning water main break in the Rosedale area.

The Department of Public Works says that an 8-inch water main has ruptured in the 7400 block of Gum Spring Road (21237).

Approximately twenty customers and one hydrant are currently without service.

There has been no update provided as to when repairs will be complete.

Motorists should use caution in the area.
