Hazmat crews are responding to the scene of a Thursday afternoon crash along I-695 in Overlea.

At about 2:45 p.m., emergency personnel responded to the inner loop of the Baltimore beltway between Harford Road and Belair Road.

At the scene, paramedics found that a box truck had overturned and that the driver was trapped.

Hazmat crews are responding to the scene due to a large fuel leak.

Motorists should avoid the area.
