Police investigate 2 burglaries, attempted robbery

Police GraphicPolice are investigating two burglaries and an attempted robbery that were reported over the past week.

Sometime between 3 and 9 p.m. on Friday, September 15, an individual broke into a residence in the 7500 block of Belair Road in Overlea (21236) and stole several items before fleeing the scene.

At about 10 p.m. on Saturday, September 16, a police officer observed four suspects approaching a pizza delivery person in the 4700 block of Mawani Road in Overlea (21206). The suspects fled on foot.  One suspect was apprehended at the scene.

Sometime between 9:15 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Monday, September 18, an individual entered a residence along Waldmann Mill Court in Nottingham (21236) via an unsecured rear sliding door. The suspect stole a laptop, money, and shoes.
