Crews are on the scene of a Thursday night crash on I-695 in northeastern Baltimore County. 

At about 10:30 p.m., paramedics responded to the outer loop of the beltway at Harford Road. 

The outer loop is now shut down for a 2-vehicle accident. 

There has been no update on any injuries. 

Motorists should use an alternate route.
