Emergency crews are on the scene of a serious crash with entrapment in Middle River.

At just after 4:30 p.m., paramedics responded to the intersection of Martin Boulevard and Kelso Drive.

Reports indicate that three people are trapped in their vehicles.   A rescue operation is now under way.

Critical injuries have also been reported.

Baltimore County officials are urging motorists to avoid the area.
