A portion of White Marsh Boulevard has been shut down due to a Wednesday afternoon crash.

The White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company reported that Route 43 had been shut down at Campbell Boulevard due to a crash involving a motorcycle.

The crash took place shortly after 1 p.m. on Wednesday.

There has been no word on any injuries.

Motorists should avoid the area.
