Police investigate carjacking, 2 robberies

CarjackingPolice are investigating a carjacking and two commercial robberies that took place this week.

At just after 1 a.m. on Wednesday, January 25, someone’s car was stolen at gunpoint by four individuals while the victim was getting gas at the Exxon station located in the 8600 block of Philadelphia Road, 21237.

At around 2:45 a.m. on Wednesday, a man entered the 7-Eleven located in the 7600 block of Belair Road, 21236, implied he had a gun, and demanded money from the register. The suspect then fled the scene on foot after obtaining the money.

At 9 p.m. on Wednesday, two individuals entered the Subway restaurant located in the 8700 block of Philadelphia Road, 21237. The suspect ordered a sandwich, then produced a gun, demanded cash from the register, and fled on foot.

No one was injured in any of the incidents.
