Police are investigating several shed burglaries and an assault that were reported over the past week.
At 11:20 p.m. on January 13, four suspects entered the the victim’s residence on Coatsbridge Court, 21236, and assaulted the victim. The suspects stole cash and then fled in a vehicle.
Sometime between 8 p.m. on January 13 and 7 a.m. on January 16, an unknown suspect gained entry into a storage trailer at the Belfast Valley Construction site, located in the 8800 block of Franklin Square Drive, 21237, and removed miscellaneous property.
Sometime between 2:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. on January 17, someone forced their way into the locked and fenced yard in the 1500 block of Customs Road, 21237. Once in the yard, locks to a shed were cut and pried. Nothing appeared to be have been taken.
