An exciting new development is coming to the White Marsh/Middle River area.
At noon on Tuesday, May 17, Greenleigh at Crossroads is set to break ground off of Route 43.
The Greenleigh community will feature shops, apartments, homes, offices and even a hotel.
“Greenleigh at Crossroads…will bring new jobs and new residents to eastern Baltimore County,” said Councilwoman Cathy Bevins in a prepared statement.
The developer, St. John Properties, will build 1,500 residences, from apartments to condos to townhouses to single-family homes, at Greenleigh, according to Perry Hall Patch.
The project, which will occupy 250 acres of the 1,000-acre Baltimore Crossroads according to The Baltimore Sun, is expected to take 10 to 15 years to complete.
More information about the development is available via the Baltimore Crossroads online brochure here.
