Belair Road at Mountain Road shut down due to crash

A busy intersection in Harford County was shut down due to a crash on Monday night. 

Medics from four different fire companies responded to the intersection of Belair & Mountain Roads due to a motor vehicle accident that occurred shortly after 9 p.m.

A medevac chopper was called to the scene, as were medics from the Joppa Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company, Fallston Fire Company, Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company and Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company. 

There is no word as to when the intersection will be reopened to traffic.
